Founded in 2020 in the English Lake District
New Dawn Vegan Coffee Shop is bringing delicious coffee drinks, hot chocolate, teas and sweet treats to the streets, hills and valleys of the UK from our trusty and loved Volkswagen Fox. Our resident Astoria Gloria espresso machine, aka 'Gloria, Queen of Coffee', swirls lattes and froths cappuccinos for you, with real ground coffee and creamy oat milk, a taste that our customers tell us they love.
We are a registered member of the Vegan Traders Union.

Plant based milks and delicious Illy coffee
A fully vegan, independent business, we make delicious hot drinks, using quality plant milks, as well as offering a range of refreshing herbal teas and soft drinks. And our famous, freshly baked chocolate cookies and gluten free flapjack make the perfect accompaniment!
GUILT-FREE GOODNESS
Who doesn't love a cheeky sweet treat with their coffee? Ours are lovingly baked to our own recipes, using no animal products, and taste rather gorgeous. They make great dunkers, and sell out fast, you have been warned!

We use Illy coffee, a brand we trust for taste and sustainability. It has been named as one of the 2021 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere for the ninth consecutive year.
OPENING HOURS
You will find us near Derwentwater Independent Hostel in Borrowdale, Keswick, at the weekends and most weekdays (except when it's torrential rain!). However, as this is small, family-run business, there may be occasional family commitments that prevent us being out. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for weekly and daily updates.
